Mizaki walked up to the centre of the auditorium stage and looked at everyone. "Welcome students!" he said, speaking through a microphone. "It is wonderful, to see new faces and old ones!" he continued, he looked at everyone student, but not actually seeing the faces, due to the bright light on him.

"I am glad that you are here for a new year!" said Mizaki, putting down the microphone and clapping. He then walked off the stage and sat down. "Bah...tough crowd tonight huh?" he said, speaking aloud.

He took a sip of water and washed his mouth. "Oh well...I wonder who will join the newspaper club this year? And who'll be in my English class..." said Mizaki, basically talking to himself. He also wondered who would be in his homeroom class.

Reap sat back watching the headmaster's small introduction, a hand resting on the cross-guard of his claymore. The red blade shone among the crowd the dim light tinting his skin and giving him the appearance of being covered in blood. Taking a small whetstone from a hidden pocket inside his shirt, Reap would begin running the stone along the edge the slight rasp of the metal filling the air directly around him as he waited for the assembly to be over, so he could go back to training and working on new regimens for the fencing club. At the thought of swordsmanship a slight grin would cross his features. Rolling his left shoulder an audible crack would resound through the air, as he returned the whetstone to his pocket with a small sigh. As he turned his attention back to the stage he would wait patiently on the outside as he squirmed in anticipation of the new years prospects for swordsmen/swordswomen.
