Professor Umbridge looked up from her book and was not surprised that the strange pink haired girl had her hand raised. Professor Umbridge had pegged this girl as a troublemaker from the first moment that she laid eyes on her.

Umbridge had a feeling that this girl was not normal ever since the girl had just appeared in the class without so much as a footstep. Professor Umbridge had thought for a moment that the girl had some how grown from a fairy into her current size but she was sure she was wrong. Atleast, she hoped she was wrong. Dolores Umbridge did not like anything that was not like her.

She forced a smile and asked Evvie what she needed.

Evvie did not return her smile, instead she simply replied in a regular bored voice. "Shouldn't we be learning how to defend ourselves?" Evvie had asked.

Professor Umbridge raised her eyebrows, "Why do you think you need to learn to defend yourself silly child. There is nothing that wants to hurt you." Umbridge had replied. Though this was not entirely true, for right at that very moment.. Professor Umbridge was making a mental note to have this pink haired freak stay for detention if she continued to ask her questions.

"But what if we go out into the forest or somewhere and get attacked by a werewolf or something.. shouldn't we know what to do?" Evvie asked, ignoring the displeased look on Umbridge's face.

Professor Umbridge lost her smile and glared at Evvie. "Children do not belong in the forest anyway, so if you get attacked you were asking for it. If you have any other questions you can see me after class." Umbridge replied. She fixed the forced smile back into place before going back to reading her book.
